Terms of Use
Your Trip has a km limit (& hour limit for Local Packages.) If you go over these limits, you'll have to pay extra for the extra kilometers and/or hours.
Distance and time calculations are made from garage to garage.
For outstation bookings, a minimum charge of 250 kilometers per day will apply.
For drop services, the fare will be calculated based on kilometers for both sides.
Toll tax and parking charges for both sides are additional.
Driver Night allowance will be applicable between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.

Cancellation
# Bookings can be cancelled 2 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 2 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:
1. Multi Day trip: The charge for the first day would be applicable.
2. Single Day trip/ Airport transfer: No Cancellation Charges if Cancelled at least 4 hours prior of pickup time. Full charges if cancelled just before 2 hours of pick-up time.
